摘要
Blood samples were obtained from 143 one-humped female camels (Camelus dromedarius). Measured proteins were total serum protein, albumin, globulins (alpha (1), alpha (2), beta and gamma). The level of total serum proteins, albumin, alpha. globulin, alpha (2) globulin and albumin to globulin ratio in pregnant she camel was lower than non pregnant. The level of beta globulin, gamma globulin and total serum globulin was higher but no significant change was observed between pregnant and non-pregnant animals in these parameters (p > 0.05).
