摘要：
The research presents a model for Quality Evaluation in Higher Education (QEHE). Based on EFQM, the model is adapted for the particularities of "Dimitrie Cantermir" University from Tg. Mures. Results exhibit the strong and weak points as perceived by the members of staff that responded to the survey, and helps the university management to set up strategic direction that would enable the university to improve its performance.
