摘要
Nowadays modern enterprises have paid great attention and concerns to client knowledge management, which is all integration of client relationship management and knowledge management. To make an evaluation oil Customer Knowledge Management Competence (CKMC), this article designs a comprehensive evaluation index system, BSC, including the business process factor, the customer factor, the knowledge and innovation factor as well as the sale performance factor is proposed. The AHP, analytical hierarchy process, is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model.
