摘要
The issue of change is a point of contention for sociologists exploring fatherhood ideals and practices in the 21st century. Drawing upon a summer school session, this article explores how sixth formers view the state of contemporary fatherhood. The participants questioned the nature of shifts in fatherhood and challenged the celebratory discourse surrounding the involved father. I conclude by emphasising that visual methods are helpful in addressing some of the intricacies that underpin fatherhood scholarship.
