摘要
A simple, efficient, and environmentally benign method has been developed for the synthesis of alpha-amino phosphonates. One-pot, three-component reaction of aldehyds, amines, and trialkylphosphite in the presence of silica-supported sodium hydrogen sulfate (NaHSO4-SiO2) as an inexpensive and reusable catalyst under solvent-free conditions at 80 degrees C affords the corresponding a-amino phosphonates in good yields and short reaction times.
