摘要：
A microwave-assisted Pd(0)-catalyzed alkyne migratory insertion/beta-naphthol dearomatization cascade process has been accomplished to access a variety of spirocyclic compounds bearing all-carbon quaternary stereogenic centers in high yields with excellent chemoselectivities.
