摘要
The development or new and broadly applicable linker groups which are stable under a variety of reaction conditions and allow release of the desired products from polymeric supports under very mild conditions is of great interest for organic synthesis and combinatorial chemistry. In this review we summarize the results of the research activities directed towards the introduction of enzyme-labile linkers which yield a variety of different target molecules through enzymatic cleavage from different polymeric supports.
