摘要
The main purpose of teaching any foreign language is to provide practical knowledge of the language, that is, the ability to apply the knowledge gained in a real speech situation. In this case, the important problem facing the teacher is the problem of forming and further developing the communicative competence of the learner. Under the communicative competence in the modern methodical literature is understood the ability of a person to solve language problems in one or another communicative task in different spheres and situations of communication. The issues of teaching children of preschool age to a foreign language are a specific area of the methodology of teaching a foreign language, since the forms of teaching a foreign language should be directed primarily to the development of oral communication skills, and also to foster interest in the language being studied and the perception of the culture of the country of the studied language At the preschool age, when learning a foreign language, the first problem is to develop the communication skills necessary to understand foreign speech and an adequate response to what has been heard and / or seen. That is why the use of communicatively directed exercises contributes to the development of skills that allow children to build from the learned words and phrases proposals on a given topic, as well as express their thoughts and emotions. The authors of the article believe that at present communicative competence can be realized in an online learning system that successfully combines traditional teaching methods with modern information technologies, including computer technologies. The article describes the methodology and technology of work on the formation of communicative competencies in preschool children by the example of tasks developed within the interactive online school "Living Tales" for children 3-5 years old, who learn Russian as a non-native or foreign language.
