摘要：
In China, the software alliance is necessary to improve the whole level of software industry and is a kind of important way to develop software industry greatly. With application of the repeated game theory delta - discounted average payoff balanced principle,this paper analyses the behavior of software alliance, finding out the current the problems in software alliance in China, exploring the possibility and conditions of building software alliance. Finally, a new system of an effective sofftware alliance is presented.
