Game theory analysis of farmers cooperation behavior in China

The cooperation is an effective way for the farmers to participate in market and improve themselves financially. From the point of view of their interaction, the study gives the reasonable interpretation for their cooperation motive and constraint by game theory model. We can draw the conclusion that stage games and repeated games can not free themselves from the failure of cooperation and infinitely repeated games is veiy difficult to success in reality, while the introduction of impetus and establishing farmers voluntary cooperative organization are the way to the cooperation between farmers suitable for China. © 2013 Asian Network for Scientific Information.
