摘要：
The purpose of this study is to reveal the prerequisite that one enterprise cooperating with another based on Resource-Based View(RBV). The approach adopted widely is Game Theory, based which the study analyzes the enterprises' inputs and profits in cooperation through one-short game and repeated games. It is concluded that there are two important factors in determining the enterprises' decision. One is cooperation benefits; the other is discount rate of resource. The study means that it is important for government and enterprises to try every means to enhance the cooperation benefits and strengthen the credit system and punishment mechanism in the innovation networks.
