The method study of a kind of supply chain contract determination under asymmetric information

摘要：
How a manufacturer (a principle) determines the contract so as to discriminate the information and reveal the private cost information of the two suppliers (agents) and maximize the manufacturer's expected profit in the supply chain is studied in this paper with the principle-agent theory. The outputs and profits under the situation of symmetric information and asymmetric information are compared and the paper shows that forming strategic coordination partner relationship between the manufacturer and the suppliers and sharing information jointly are good to achieve the goal of "win-win".
