摘要
A recently proposed analog cell suited to low-voltage and low power operation and named "flipped voltage follower" is applied to the design of current conveyors. Two alternative topologies are presented, both operating at 1.5V and featuring simplicity, compactness, low power consumption and bandwidths up to 100 MHz for a 0.5 mum CMOS technology. As an application example, a universal biquadratic filter is designed and simulated.
