Effects of space charge on electrical insulating properties of modified epoxy resin system by reactive nitrile-additives

摘要
The effects of space charge on insulating properties of modified epoxy resin system DGEBA/MDA/SN was studied by using DSG and TSC. Three characteristic TSC peaks in the temperature range from -150 to 250 degrees C, consisting of a beta peak at 162.1 degrees C and gamma and delta below zero, were observed. T-p moved towards lower temperature with increasing SN contents. Space charge accumulated around the defects and impurities changes the electric field and initiates the electrical treeing deterioration.
