摘要
Positive contract management is necessary guarantee for engineering construction to go on smoothly. The characteristics of urban rail transit determine the complexity and uncertainty of its contract system. The contract scheme for Pre-project plays a very important role in the operation of project construction and management. It is an essential foundation for the future contract management, so the owner must pay enough attention to it. In combination with the construction management practice of the first subway line in Nanjing, the paper first analyzes the scheming gist of urban rail transit projects' contract and then points out how to harmonize the contract system. Based on this, the paper presents the contract system sketch map of urban rail transit projects according to all of the works from the work breakdown structure. The study result of this paper has an important guiding significance for the contract system scheme of urban rail transit projects in China.
