摘要：
The authors study the antibody response of a locally prepared live-attenuated peste des petits ruminants (PPR) cell culture vaccine in sheep and goats. Antibodies were measured using the competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The vaccine was found to be safe and produced high serological titres within 21 days post vaccination. The serological titres remained high for one year post vaccination.
