摘要
This study aims to demonstrate that the perceptions of employees about the different dimensions of IT-enabled innovation will be different in different sectors although. all firms are innovative organizations. These dimensions are competitiveness, organizational aspects, technological aspects, customer attitudes and financial aspects. Totally 105 employees from three large multinational companies which have a reputation for giving high importance to IT-enabled innovation are respondents of an original questionnaire measuring these dimensions. The strongest driver is competitiveness. Although all three companies are innovative companies in public opinion, the company, which is in telecommunication sector, gives the highest importance to innovation. The study presents an important implication to managers: Employees who are working for 6-10 years in their current companies are more responsive to the innovativeness.
