Research on Generation Methods of Frame of Decision-making Procedure in Emergency Decision Support System

摘要
Nowadays, with emergency response platform widely established, emergency decision support system which is a key part in emergency response platform in assisting to make decision has been extensively used. A generation method of the framework of decision-making procedure in emergency decision support system is presented. It is an offline generation method which is based on rule mining method of rough-fuzzy sets. Using this method, the frame of decision-making procedure will be established before the emergency response, so it will not make effects on the decision-making speed unlike other learning methods which usually need to match relative case after the incident. An illustrative application example is used to show how to establish the frame of decision-making procedure for urban fire. This method is useful to effectively use the scientific decision-making knowledge in the cases and improve the efficiency of the emergency decision support system for disposing complex emergency events.
