Research on Physical Health Condition and Dietary Pattern of the Left-behind Children in Rural Area in Shandong Province

摘要
The Objection is to know physical health condition and dietary pattern of left-behind children in rural area in Shandong province and to help the left-behind children in rural grow up healthily. Methods: To tally, 763 left-behind children (aging7-11) were sampled randomly in Shandong province. Their physical health conditions were measured according to <Standards of Students Physical Health Constitution> and their dietetic conditions for three days were recorded through three-day booking. Results: On the physical morphological indices, left-behind children were lower than the same age group of children(p<0.05); on the physiological function indices, left-behind children were lower than the same age group of children in 50-meter race, standing long jump and 50-meterx8 shuttle run. Among them, boys have a significant difference in 50-meter race and standing long jump-aging7-10 years old, and in 50-meterx8 shuttle run-aging7-8 years old. Girls have a significant difference in 50-meter race and standing long jump-aging7-9 years old, and in 50-meterx8 shuttle run-aging7 years old. Left-behind children were lower than the same age group of children on crook before the seat body(p<0.01); while they were better than the same age group of children on the vital capacity and body weight exponent(p<0.01). On dietary pattern, left-behind children absorbed less calorific energy, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium and Copper than the standard level. Only the amount of fat and vitamin E absorbed by them was higher than standard level.
