摘要
With the rapid development of urban economy in China, a large number of farmers have been to the cities, which produce the left-behind children. At present, about the problem of rural left-behind children, there are a lot of controversy and shortcomings. This severely restricts the protection of human rights of the left-behind children. Paying attention to and studying the problems of China rural left-behind children is considerably urgent. It needs to elaborate compulsory education problems of them and analyze the causes and put forward corresponding measures. With the rapid development of urban economy in China, a lot of labors go to urban areas, results in the presence of a considerable number of left-behind children. Rural left-behind children means that one or both parents go to work in cities, their children in need of care given from other people are left in the domicile. Research data show that, in China, the size of the current left-behind children have been up to more than 5800 million, accounted for 28.29% of all rural children.[1] And it shows a rising trend in the number. As vulnerable groups, the right to education of China left-behind children is research focus.
