摘要：

The improvement of management of human resources in non-governmental funded universities can greatly improve the development of those universities. Nowadays many universities began to reform on the system of human resources, which brought about many chance for reform. However, there are many disadvantages in human resource systems. Through study of current situation of such system in non-governmental funded universities, the author wants to find out disadvantages and solutions as well. The private colleges are a vital part in the higher education system of china. It cultivated many talents. After several years' development, there are still many problems in the human resource system in the non-governmental funded universities.
