摘要：
In the normal teaching activities of the Private colleges teaching equipment the use of more and more important position. But teaching equipment management still exist many problems, it's not form a system. Backward management mode, the form is paper archives, it's not only a waste of resources and low working efficiency. In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of instrument equipment management in private colleges, starting from the management present situation, put forward from the aspects and system and assessment and other improvement, boot device management to scientific and standardized.
