摘要
The psychological capital of enterprise scientific innovation team that can be measured, developed, managed effectively has the two-dimensioned construct of condition and trait and shows the feature for the team members that coordinate the positive psychological capacity, combine advantages and promote the creativity. This article bases on the status quo of enterprise management, highlights the function of psychological capital to enterprise sustainable competitive advantage, coordinates positive psychology and traditional psychology and designs the psychological capital development's three-stage goal-orientation path that has native enterprise scientific innovation talents'.
