Evaluation of Strategic Emerging Industries Based on Grey Relational Analysis: Empirical Analysis on Biology and Medicine Industry

摘要
In response to its need to adjust industrial structures and implement industrial strategies, China has proposed the development of strategic emerging industries. This paper, based on analysis of Grey Theory, builds an evaluation index system and an evaluation model for the biomedical industry which belongs to strategic emerging industries. Meanwhile, empirical analyses are conducted on Jilin Tonghua Medicine City, Shanghai Zhangjiang Medicine Valley and Liuyang Biomedical Park.
