Fuzzy trust system-based reputation evaluation model in E-commerce

摘要
The fraud information in E-commerce market makes the conditions of information asymmetry becoming more seriously. We propose a reputation evaluation model that is based on fuzzy trust system in e-commerce market. Having set up a corresponding evaluation model, we might be able to analyze the functional mechanism in e-commerce market of the reputation effect. Based on fuzzy trust theory, such a mechanism could make it credible for the vendors and the customer to deal with the online transaction.
