Knowledge management of construction enterprise based on circumstances of project

The article is about "KM (Knowledge Management)". Enterprise Knowledge management has gradually become the key of enterprise's survival and development. Because of the mainly support industry of national economy, research on knowledge management of construction enterprise is particularly needed. The objective of this article is finding out the available and practical method to implement Knowledge Management in the domestic construction firms and projects, through which we could improve Project Management, speed up the decreasing of cost, improve efficiency of an enterprise or a team, and build up competition advantage, assistance decision. This paper gives the thought of knowledge management from several aspects, such as strategy, knowledge share, enterprise culture, virtual construction, etc.
