Practice of personnel training and teaching reform in software engineering

Most colleges and universities in China now established a teaching reform program about software teaching personnel, but its were in the trial and continuing to explore. To explore the advanced management system and operational mechanism that meet the development of the national economy, some successful reform practices have been taken. The idea of the teaching reform can be summarized as: One face, two interactions, three insistences, four strengthens in our college. This paper discussed building the software engineering curriculum system that fit the economical society development, emphasizing the four strengthening, creating the characteristic brand profession, building the engineering professional practical teaching system, building the omnifarious teacher group, Strengthening the international cooperation, promoting teaching and management reform, and improving the quality of teaching, And finally, the effectiveness and lack of the teaching reform was summarized.
