摘要
It is well recognized that human resources become the most important resources in the modern enterprises management Aiming to solve the existing problems in human resources management in construction enterprises, this paper puts forward the idea of combining enterprises cultural construction with human resources management to form Team Group, elaborates the significance of the management pattern Distributing Personnel & Responsibility to Each Post, and points out that based on the people-oriented incentive framework perfecting and innovating incentive system is the fundamental guarantee of human resources management.
