Assessment of Brand Contribution Degree to the Industrial Upgrading of Hubei Province of China

摘要
This paper explores the principles of brand-driven regional industrial upgrading from the connotation of brand strategy boosting industrial upgrading, uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish an indicator system of brands contribution degree to the industrial upgrading of Hubei Province, and evaluates the brand's contribution degree to the industrial upgrading by using triangular whitenization weight function. The results show that the overall contribution of the top 10 brands in Hubei is 0.539, which indicates that brand has a positive effect on Hubei's industrial upgrading, but this effect still needs to be strengthened.
