摘要
In doing business in a foreign country, a transnational manager needs skills and attitudes that would challenge a diplomat. In our discussion of cross-cultural negotiations in today's global economy, we will address the importance of identifying and minimizing cross-cultural barriers to negotiations for individuals and their organizations.
