摘要：

The key question of market competition among enterprise is new product development ability of enterprise. How can enterprise advance new product development ability and shorten the cycle of technological innovation? Concurrent management of new product development is a kind of management of integrated functions in new product development with concurrent engineering. Developers consider all factors such as quality cost, schedule, users' demand, etc. New product development, thus, quickens the life cycle of products from product strategy, organization, concept generation, evaluation, and technical development, marketing to products discarded as useless. In this way products may appear on the market sooner. in this paper factors using concurrent management in new product development are discussed.
