摘要：
This paper describes the microsystems packaging education at Dresden University of Technology. Especially the course "Project Electronics Technology", which is part of the undergraduate courses in Electrical Engineering, is explained. Finally a concept of web-based self-study-materials, useful for this course and in general, is introduced.
