The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of urban environment quality based on TOPSIS

摘要
With the help of the method of Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), this paper makes the comprehensive e valuation of urban environment quality using multiple attribute decision making. In first place, the multiple attribute evaluation matrix is normalized and weighted, the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution is given based on it, and then to present the degree of similarity of every alternative and positive ideal and negative ideal solution. The degree of similarity is transformed into the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation information with the help of TOPSIS. The evaluation results are more richness in information and can reflect simultaneously the degree of satisfactory and non-satisfactory at the evaluation result of urban environment quality. And using the score function and accuracy function of IFSs to obtain the order relation of this evaluation, and then to get further the order relation of urban environment quality according to year partition. Finally, an example of the comprehensive evaluation of urban environment quality of Zhanjiang from 2002 to 006 is given to explain the practicability and validity of the method.
