摘要：
The coupling of beta-hydroxy alpha-diazocarbonyl compounds with aryl halides is described, which proceeds through a Pd-catalyzed migratory insertion/beta-OH elimination sequence. This reaction provides a new route to the synthesis of tetrasubstituted olefins.
