摘要
Developing the creativity of vocational high school students has become critical recently, particularly for mechanical engineering students. The goal of this study was to determine the relationships among factors of "school", "family", "intention", "experience", and "performance". Results showed that "experience" moderated the relationship between "intention" and "performance". Furthermore, "intention" mediated "school", "family", and "performance". Developing creative facilitation strategies in schools is crucial both to students' "intention" and their "performance". Furthermore, educators should create more opportunities for students to experience generating individual ideas because increased experience facilitates creative performance either in "lower level of intention" or in "higher level of intention".
