摘要
Job stress is a well-known situation for nurses, especially for those working in the clinical environment. The purpose of this descriptive study was to examine the job stress level and stressors among nurses in a Zhuhai hospital. Ninety-three nurses were recruited for the study. Findings were that nurses had a relatively high level of stress, with "Working Environment and Resources" and "Workload and Time" identified as the major stressors. This study provided preliminary insights on relieving job stress among nurses in China. (C) 2012 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
