摘要：
Starting from the characteristics of professional tour guides, the paper analyzes the remuneration status of the Chinese tour guide, researches the reasons for the formation and the disadvantages of the remuneration of the Chinese tour guides, and points out there is a lower average income for Chinese tour guides and the composition of the remuneration is unreasonable. These leads to low quality of tourism services. This article also raised the reform measures and direction of the remuneration system of the Chinese tour guides
