The research about innovation of construction project management mode

The construction project management is the focus and core of project management, and it exists among various project management modes, which contribute to the standardization and development of construction market. However, with the development of times, the progress of society, improvement of many systems and the increasingly complexity of economic environment, it is required that a new pattern to solve the increasingly serious problems which the existing modes cannot solve. It is the partnering mode that is a new project management mode. Many theoretical studies and practices have already demonstrated that the partnering mode obviously works for improving the quality of project, shortening the construction period, controlling the amount of investment and reducing risks. With the development of China's construction market, many sorts of contradictions and problems are emerging. Introducing the partnering mode into China will make our construction market become more standardized and more competitive. Based on the traditional project management modes, this paper focuses on the partnering mode and its application in China, and then tries to put up with a combination of PMC and Partnering in order to give the development of project management some benefits.
