摘要：
Based on the analysis of knowledge staff's characteristics of construction enterprises and the status quo of management, this article points out the necessity of managing knowledge staff of construction enterprise, and puts forward several suggestions for the management of knowledge staff in construction enterprise by using Encouraging Knowledge Staff Model.
