摘要：
As an important way to promote the competitiveness of building enterprises, informatization is not only a method out also a strategic target and a management revolution for enterprises. Based on analysis on relevant theories of knowledge management and the present situation and existing problems of informatization construction in building enterprises in China, this paper argues that applying knowledge management in informatization construction of building enterprises can promote the development of informatization in enterprises, strengthen their core competitiveness and push forward their advancement.
