Users' evaluation on library service quality:: A LibQUAL+™ empirical study

摘要
Evaluation on library service quality is the first and key step to get a better library service quality and obtain readers' satisfaction. A qualitative study with LibQUAL+(TM) is conducted here. With the analysis of 226 questionnaires, the characteristics of readers, evaluations of 24 indictors of 4 dimensions of library service quality of Zijingang library of Zhejiang University are summered as the conclusions. Also suggestions to improve the library service quality are put forward for practical use.
