Fuzzy sliding-mode control for uncertain SISO systems

摘要
In this paper, a fuzzy sliding-mode control of nonlinear uncertain and perturbed single-input single-output (SISO) systems is proposed. An adaptive fuzzy system is used instead of the switching-type control term in the control law. The stability and the robustness of the closed-loop system are proven analytically using the Lyapunov synthesis approach. The proposed method guarantees the robustness of the closed loop system and eliminates the chattering phenomenon introduced by classical sliding-mode control. A simulation example is presented to illustrate the efficiency of this fuzzy sliding-mode control scheme. Copyright (C) 2003 IFAC.
