Review and Prospect of Creativity Research

The creativity of the meaning and the main theory and creativity measurement and cause and effect variables, the discussion of the creativity of the current research status and future research direction. At present, the research on the creativity of employees, mainly from the individual characteristics, work characteristics, work environment and the interaction between human and environment, and the interaction of the relevant factors, through the intermediary role of the psychological state variables, and finally lead to the creation of employee creativity. The emphasis of the research is also the main influence of the interaction between the environment and people and the environment and the environment. And the selection of the intermediary variables, the work motivation and individual psychological state variables has been the focus of research. Creativity is a topic of concern, and its importance is widely used in every field. Many scholars have put forward that almost every job requires employees to be creative (Shalley, 2000; Unsworth, 2001), and that the stimulation of creativity has become a part of everyday life (Prabhu et al. 2008).
