Application of Risk Management in the Energy Engineering Project Management

As one of the important pillar industries in China, energy engineering industry has great significance to China's social and economic development. Due to the special characteristics of energy engineering production device such as flammable and explosive, high temperature and high pressure, strong corrosion poison and so on, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management during construction stage. Through the theoretical analysis, this paper determines the main risk management ideas of the implementation stage of energy engineering project management and puts forward some effective control measures and management concept. At the same time, the paper also put forward the improvement measures of risk control measures, develops specific response principle, and proposes the risk management countermeasure of energy engineering projects.
