Organization Security in The Context of The ISO 9001:2015 Standard Requirements - Limiting or Opportunity for Development

摘要
The purpose of the article is to present, based on selected areas of organization security according to ISO standards, how an organization can achieve an appropriate level of development based on the implemented quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 standard. These selected areas are customer orientation, building trust and credibility of the organization based on the implemented standard, risk analysis and the competencies of top management and at the same time, on the other hand, meeting the requirements that are a specific type of signpost can be a significant limitation to the development of modern management methods, especially when achieving an ideal state as part of meeting the requirements can become an end in itself and cease to serve the good of the organization. The article uses available results of statistical surveys.
