摘要：

The aim of the paper is to analyze the possibility of using the quality management tool, i.e. ISO 9001:2015, to fight against the disease, which is spreading among people from all continents, and to introduce systemic solutions which could be the first barrier to protect employees of a given organization, and thus their families.
