摘要：
At present, there is a relatively large difference between the innovative quality of undergraduate and the demands of economic and social development. The innovative quality development of undergraduate is greatly affected by such university education activities as campus environment, incentive evaluation, teaching process and communication. In addition, there is a gender difference in the composition and proportion for the relevant influencing factors on the development of innovative quality for male and female students. Therefore, it is an important task and challenge for universities to promote the innovative quality development of undergraduate based on the gender difference.
