摘要
The index evaluation system and model of high-tech zones is of great theoretic and practical significance. Such a system will not only help local people know about their strength of innovation and enterprise capability but also help them realize their advantages and disadvantages. Because the artificial neural network has the advantage of self-study, self-organization, self-adaptation, fault tolerance, etc, this article will evaluate innovation and enterprise capability of high-tech zones based on the theory and practice of artificial neural network, and give an applied example.
