摘要
Technological innovation is the power source of the development of high-techenterprises. This paper constructs the index system to evaluating the technological innovation capability of high-tech enterprises, which include 4 primary indexes and 11 second indexes. Using factor analysis method and principal component analysis method to evaluate the technological innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in Sichuan Province, and compare with various provinces and cities in China, draws a conclusion that the technological innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in Sichuan province is different, and put forward suggestions to improve the technological innovation capability of Sichuan province.
