摘要
In this paper we establish an index system of valuing china urban real estate development by using present statistical data. We also make an demonstration analysis on the real estate developing situation of 30 cities in china in 2007 by means of the main component analysis based on SPSS. Then, we make a sort on cities with the method of Hierarchical cluster basined on Principal-Components. It is helpful to make further recognition of china cities and provides a reference for researching similar problems. It can help us to compare different urban real estate development and provide scientific base to set down regional economy development policies.
